Jiang Xiaojuan pointed out that the problems we encountered in foreign trade were prevalent and would last for a long time, so we had to make full preparations to cope with changes. In the face of new situation and new tasks, the importance of opening-up was not reduced but needed to be further improved; secondly, we should emphasize import, technology and service; thirdly, we should effectively cope with the new challenges brought about by opening-up and reform.
