Zhang Xiaoqiang, Deputy Director of National Development and Reform Commission, pointed out that it was a positive but by no means an once-for-all task for China to keep the sustainable and sound development of foreign trade and at the same time shift the growth mode of foreign trade; it needed concerted efforts of enterprises, government, research institutions, experts and scholars, intermediate agencies and other parties, especially CIEEC, a platform for reinforcing communication; with concerted efforts, we could make contributions to the development of our foreign trade so as to ensure sound and rapid development of our country.
