Jenn-Nan Chen is the CEO of Trade-Van Information Services Co and Chairman, PAA.

He attended Stanford University, and received his Master and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science at Northwestern University in the U.S.

Chen has served in Yizhong Technology Co. as general manager and operated the research and development of software technology as well as the expanding of market penetration. He was also named as the director of Software Engineering and Information Centre of Zhongshan Academy of Science.

In 2002.9.17-19, Jakarta, Indonesia, Chen joined the APEC Workshop on e-Business and Supply Chain Management as lecturer and commentator.
