Foo Jung Wei is Solutions Director for Citizen Interaction in Oracle Corporation, Asia Pacific Division. 

In this capacity, Mr. Foo is responsible for the overall strategy and marketing of Oracle's eGovernment initiatives in the region.  He is also tasked with working with Oracle's customers in this sector in helping them leverage maximum value from their investments in Oracle solutions,

Mr. Foo joined Oracle in 2003.  Prior to his tenure at Oracle, he was a partner in Accenture. He has more than 14 years of consulting experience in the government, homeland security and natural resources industries.

Mr. Foo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Singapore.  He has also served as council member of various boards such as the national Certified IT Project Managers chapter and the School of Computing advisory board.
