The 1st APEC ECBA Forum kicked off

The 1st APEC ECBA Forum opened today at Yantai Orient Haitian Hotel, Shangdong, China. It’s the first internationally-participated symposium ever held by APEC ECBA since its establishment in 2001.The forum is presided over by Wang Xinpei, Director-General of Department of Information Technology of MOFCOM, VIP movers and shakers, Vice director of APEC Secretariat Choi Seok Young, Vice Minister of MOFCOM liao Xiaoqi, Vice Minister of Ministry of Information Industry Gou Zhongwen, have   addressed congratulations at this grand opening ceremony of the Forum.
